Big Day Out

Big Day Outs are designed to support families and children to work on goals in the community. These goals can include social skills, navigating the community, safety awareness and many others. Some of the activities we have done in the past include, Melbourne Zoo, Healesville Sanctuary and Inflatable World.

Up, Up and Away

Up, Up and Away is a group for children in kindergarten and early primary school that focuses on the skills necessary for school. The group is focused on developing areas such as mat time, social skills with peers, fine and gross motor development. We also run Up, Up and Away during the school term.

Cooking and Craft

Clever Cooks focuses on developing fine motor and social skills. This group supports exploring different food options whilst learning the basics of cooking. We offer this group to a range of ages as we split the children into subgroups.

Birthday Party

The Birthday Party group focuses on developing the skills needed to participate well at a birthday party. We focus on turn taking, fine motor skills and sharing. We will be completing activities such as pass the parcel, musical chairs and writing a birthday card.

Food Scientist

The Food Scientist group focuses on developing social skills and exploring textures and tastes of food. This is a sensory based experience where children will use all their senses exploring the different types of food. This group is ideal for children who have limited diets.

Lego Group

The Lego Group will focus on developing problem solving skills and social skills. The kids will be in age appropriate groups and work on team building and problem solving skills.
